The Grotto

These ten carefully selected images that make up The Grotto resulted from an experiment very far away from home. While shooting a project for the Ontario Tourism and Marketing Partnership in Tobermory Ontario I visited an area of the Bruce Peninsula Provincial Park known as "The Grotto"

For an unknown amount of time I forgot about my objectives. "the fly on the wall at the moment of action" and "scale to emphasize the physical landscape" instead I just let my camera be. Placed in a slowly condensing waterproof bag these photographs were captured intuitively without the mindful eye of the photographers composition.

Crisp, cold, clean green water.
